Fagun Haway, directed by Tauquir Ahmed will be screened on the second day of Mujib Year and Golden Jubilee Bangla Film Festival, Sydney, 2021. The three-day festival is organized and hosted by the Consulate General of Bangladesh, Sydney, and supported by event partner BongOz films.

Fagun Haway is about the language movement during 1952 in East Pakistan. A by-the-book police officer in East Pakistan forces villagers to speak Urdu and abandon their mother language which eventually ends up in national protests against such oppression.
